Before we begin
Please read the booking, payment, file-retention, approval and travel terms below before confirming your package.
50% of the package amount is due at booking. Another 40% is due after you approve the reels. Approval reels are shared with an ODECAPTURE watermark; the watermark is removed after the remaining 10% is paid.
Project files are securely retained for 7 days after the project. After those 7 days, ODECAPTURE cannot guarantee storage or recovery, so please download and save your files within that window.
Please approve the reels within 20 days after the wedding. After 20 days, ODECAPTURE cannot be responsible for pending approvals, revisions or related delays.
For a two-day shoot, or a shoot outside the agreed local coverage area anywhere in India, the client covers travel, accommodation/stay and food costs. Any arrangements will be discussed and confirmed before the shoot.
